The Process
At Wayne J. Kennedy Professional Corporation, I know that you are the Calgary individual and or business owner who wants an effective plan for the accounting end of their business. That’s why I meet with you at the beginning and take the time to develop a plan with you that is workable, understandable and achieves the desired results. I will listen to understand your concerns. It is very much like a race. If there are problems at the beginning, it will create problems in the middle and at the end. My mission is to not create problems for my clients but to solve them by planning at the outset.
Here is how I can work with you
Initial Meeting
Schedule a meeting in Calgary to discuss your requirements and future. Provide you with a list of information I require.
Review & Clarification
Finalization
Prepare financial statements and tax return. Meet with you to go over financial statements and tax return, make any necessary adjustments, finalize the engagement, and file the tax return and issue year end documents to you.
Pricing
The price you are quoted is the price you pay on each engagement. You need not worry about missing some information during the engagement, requiring an adjustment. For example, if I am doing a personal tax return for an individual and they come in with an extra receipt, that does not change the quote. However, if they also come in with their company to do their year end that is a separate engagement and another quote. There will not be any surprises in your invoice!
